King Harald, Queen Sonja and Crown Princess Mette-Marit attended the Requiem Mass at the Oslo Trinity Church Tuesday evening, in memory of Polish President Kaczynski and his wife.
Present were also representatives from the Norwegian Government, Oslo Bishop Ole Christian Kvarme, Defence Chief Harald Sunde and other representatives from Norway.
Crown Prince Haakon is at present in Qatar, and was therefore unable to attend the service.
- Loss of life here on earth is a start of Life Eternal. That is a blessing for us who believe in God, said Polish ambassador to Oslo, Wojchiech L. Kolanczyk when he concluded the service.
